Celtics VS Heat Tonight, game 2 preview

Today is the second game versus the Miami Heat and the Celtics will try to take this game in oder to tie the series. The Celtics will need to go harder at it this game, mainly Rondo who struggled in the first half of game one. It will be interesting to see if Paul Pierce will bring that same passion to the game that we saw of him before he got ejected. Hopefully Kevin Garnett can give us some more offense if Rondo doesn't get in foul trouble.

Shaq update: still out. But Doc says he had a "phenomenal" practice yesterday and could play Game 3.
This is good news obviously but thats game 3. Tonight the C's will beat the Heat and be one step closer to banner 18!

Celtics versus Heat Game 1 review

Ref's atleast buy the Celtics some Lipstick, they like to feel pretty when you F*CK them. we cant really blame the ref's for the outcome of this game but damn.. they did make some horrible calls you can trow out half of the league with calls like this! The call on the head(something) i can agree with but, trowing him out the game after some words towards Dwyane Wade is simply ruining the game. Pierce was fired up, and the chanses we had on a hard comeback were taken away instantly. Lets hope Pierce doesn't get a suspension for this.

Rondo didn't live up to the the expectations but i guess the early foul trouble didn't help much, he did get better in later on. Jeff Green and Delonte West did give us some hope of the bench and we can only hope they will come of strong atleast once in this series.

This was just game one and we got to get ready for the next game now. If the Celtics win game two they are still in great shape and could take this momentum with them to Boston.

Celtics versus the Heat, The Rajon Rondo show!

This series seems to be all about one person, no not Lebron James or Dwyane Wade. This is all about Rondo, the Big 3 with a kind of balanced match-up. Ray Allen(22.0 PPG, 2.3 APG, .654 3P%) versus Dwyane Wade(22.2 PPG, 5.2 APG, .200 3P%) this is about even, Paul Pierce(22.3 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 2.5 APG) versus Lebron James(24.2 PPG, 10.6 RPG, 6.2 APG) this is going to be Lebron James with the edge but, we shouldn't forget that Pierce is one of the best at holding james down, Kevin Garnett versus Chris Bosh this is going to be Garnett getting in to bosh his head. And let me mention Jermaine O'Neal versus Zydrunas Ilgauskas, this is going Jermaine's way probably.

This leaves Rondo with either Bibby or Chalmers and they are not going to stop him! The awnser the Heat have on Rondo will be Dwyane Wade or Lebron James but that is going to leave either Allen or Pierce with more room to do their thing.

And we didnt even look at the bench yet, the latest reports tell us that Shaquille O'Neal will play at some point in the Heat series(great news but is it true?). If so he will be the back up of the other O'Neal. Glen Davis, Delonte West, Jeff Green, and Nenad Krstic will be the other players of the bench for the Celtics and all of them can give us an extra boost at some point in this series!

This is going to be a great series, I am really optimistic for this one and going for Celtics in 5!

Celtics sweep the Knicks

Hey guys, I guess ill start with apologizing for my absence the last week or so. I am sorry. Because of my absence you guys missed a lot of the info and highlights I usually post about, I hope this post can make up for some of the missed posts.
As you guys probably know already the Celtics won the series versus the Knicks in four games out of seven which no other team did this first round(GO CELTICS!). The first two games the Celtics played at home and weren't all too good to be honest, in fact it looked like this could have been a seven game series. It helped that Billups(didn't play after the first game) got injured and that Stoudemire(who played all games) had problems with his back. The last who games at the Knicks were to me an absolute pleasure to watch, Rondo destroyed them and just great play by the starters overall. The only downside is that the bench didn't play that well, lets hope they will come true in the following games! We will need them.

Hightlights
Game 1 Celtics vs Knicks
Game 2 Celtics vs Knicks
Game 3 Celtics vs Knicks
Game 4 Celtics vs Knicks

Anyway good to be back. This will be a great playoff run I can feel it!

Celtics vs Knicks Tonight, Playoffs Game 1

The Boston Celtics will host game 1 of their first round series against the New York Knicks in the TD Garden tonight. This is probably the most exciting first round matchup, for neutral viewers and for fans.

The Celtics organization is seasoned when it comes to preparing for a playoff series, the same cannot be said of the Knicks. While Boston will be looking to make a run to its third finals appearance in the last four years, the Knicks will experience a taste of the playoffs for the first time since 2004, when their tri-state rival, the New Jersey Nets, swept them. It has been even longer than that since Boston and New York, two historically tense sports cities, have met in the postseason.

Get ready for a very exciting game tonight and of course make sure u check in for the recap & highlights post.

Game starts 7:00 PM/23:00 GMT/01:00 CET
